Yields around 45 hl\/ha.\u003cbr\u003eVinification: Hand-harvested on 16 September in 20 kg crates. Slow pneumatic pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. No clarification, no racking, no chaptalisation, no fining and no filtration.
