Ingredients: Vienna, rye, crystal pilsner, 5-cereal flakes; apple, pear, quince, Dattier de Saint Vallier (white hybrid grape).
Hops: Mandarina Bavaria, Hallertau Hersbrucker, Perle.
Yeasts: Carbonic maceration of Dattier de Saint Vallier with the fruits.
Maturation: 8 months fermentation and maceration with fruits in clay amphora; 1 year secondary bottle fermentation.

Aromas: Herbal, toasted notes with fresh apple, pear, quince, subtle grape nuances.
Palate: Rich and complex, bright fruitiness, gentle spiciness, touch of earthiness, long refreshing finish.
