Ingredients: Pale Ale, rye, Crystal Pils, 5-cereal flakes, melanoidin; hops: Perle, Hersbrucker, Spät, Mandarina Bavaria.
Yeasts: Wild yeasts from wild cherry blossoms.
Unique step: Wort cooled under cherry tree for 24h.
Maturation: 8 months in Chenin-d'Anjou wine barrel + 2 months bottle.

Aromas: Apple, fresh wood, spice.
Palate: Apple, pear, vanilla, oak; rich and elegant.
