Style: Wild ale, light and fresh, entry to the range.
Ingredients: Barley malt, wheat malt, 5-cereal flakes; German noble hops.
Yeasts: Wild yeasts from grape, plum blossom, redcurrant, oak bark.
Maturation: Amphora (grès), oak & chestnut barrel, dame-jeanne.
Fermentation: 2 months main + 2 months bottle.
Aromas: Wine-like, cedar, stone fruits.

Palate: Fruity, slightly smoky, fresh wood, bright acidity; citrusy and refreshing.
Food pairing: Raw vegetables, light starters, summer dishes.
