Ingredients: 10 malts (including chocolate barley & black wheat); hops: Tradition & Hersbrucker.
Yeasts: Cherry blossom, plum blossom, green gooseberry.
Maturation: Terracotta amphora & new oak.
Fermentation: 8 months main + 12 months bottle.

Aromas: Earth, black olive, chocolate.
Palate: Acidic, earthy, juicy, complex.
