This is a truly expressive natural sparkling wine, unfiltered, alive, and full of personality. Made from all of Vincent’s Alsatian grape varieties, this Pét-Nat brings tension, energy, and unexpected depth in every sip.
Pressed and co-fermented as a field blend, the wine spent one year in a large neutral vessel before bottling. The result? A soft sparkle with a savory edge: lightly oxidative notes of sesame, tea, and toasted nuts, lifted by a touch of citrus fruit. Intriguing, textured, and incredibly food-friendly, especially alongside dishes with umami, spice or roasted elements.
