Domaine Petit Poucet - Auxerrois 2020

A small treasure from Gérard’s cellar: the Auxerrois 2020, now down to the very last two cases.

This cuvée is rich and expressive, showing exotic notes of lychee, black tea, and umami. 

Concentrated yet balanced, with a gentle mineral edge and a long, savoury finish. After a few days open, the wine becomes even more complex — unfolding layer by layer, with remarkable harmony.


In the cellar, Gérard gave 50% of the grapes a five-day maceration, resulting in a deeper colour, fuller texture, and greater aromatic intensity. The remaining portion was pressed directly, lending freshness and precision to the blend.


15% alcohol, no added sulphites, unfiltered, uncorrected, and alive in every sense.
