Sourced from a limestone-rich parcel within the Grand Cru Steinklotz, on the slopes of Marlenberg at an elevation of 240 to 280 metres. This dry Riesling reveals aromas of ripe citrus, lime zest, subtle tropical fruit and wet stone.
On the palate, the wine is precise and energetic, with pronounced minerality, vibrant acidity and a long, tension-filled finish. Following a gentle direct press, the wine was aged for three years in stainless steel tanks.
During the final year, it was aged on the lees of Gewurztraminer, adding texture, aromatic complexity and a subtle layer of spice.
The result is a Riesling of remarkable tension, finesse and a long, refined mineral backbone.
A serious Riesling with elegance, precision and impressive length.
