Fattoria Di Sammontana - Alberese 2023

The Alberese is an easy-drinking, light red wine bursting with vibrant red fruit and Tuscan earthiness. On the palate, it shows balanced acidity with a touch of structure (tannins) from the short skin maceration of the Sangiovese. Best enjoyed slightly chilled, as this red was designed to be the perfect summer wine. Trebbiano is deliberately blended in to add freshness and softness.

Vines: 15–40 years old
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and cement vats with short skin maceration. Bottled without fining or filtration.
