The iconic Chianti fiasco is back, a festive must-have!


This 2022 vintage is young, fresh and lively, with a medium body and a character that honours the traditional style of the estate. It’s flavourful, elegant and beautifully balanced, combining delicate red fruit with a spicy, rich undertone.

On the nose, aromas of cherries and strawberries are lifted by subtle floral hints of violets and roses. Herbal and spicy nuances, think thyme, oregano and black pepper  add depth and vibrancy. The influence of Tuscany’s rich soils brings gentle earthy notes, ranging from leather to tobacco, which round out the profile.

The palate is fresh and energetic, with a harmonious interplay between fruit, acidity and fine tannins. Its lively structure makes it not only approachable but also incredibly food-friendly. A true classic that deserves a place at the table.

Region: Tuscany, Italy.
Grapes: Sangiovese 90%, Canaiolo 10%. 
Vines: 15-40 years old.
Vinification: Maceration and slow spontaneous fermentation on its own yeasts in glazed cement tanks with regular pump overs and punch downs. Aged in steel and concrete vats, the wine is bottled without filtration.
