Feral – N°1 white (no alcohol)

A wonderful alternative to non-alcoholic wine! Originating from the Dolomites, this Feral N1 is fresh and floral with mineral, citrus notes coming from the Szechuan pepper and a hint of hops. A nice spiciness in the finish!

The combination of fermented white beetroot and the spices creates a perfect balance between slightly sweet and sour, bringing out beautiful flavours of lychee, elderflower, white peach and ginger. Fresh, elegant and a great spiciness. Spring vibes! Great as an aperitif or delicious solo.
