A delightful journey of Auxerrois through granite sand, refined in 228L oak barrels.
Sourced from some of Vincent’s oldest vines rooted in beautiful sandy gravel soils, this Auxerrois is the result of gentle, slow pressing followed by natural settling through gravity. It then ages for one year in a single 228L oak barrel. This wine bursts with orchard fruit and crisp, vibrant acidity. Its mineral backbone unfolds gradually, revealing elegant layers of texture and depth. Very smooth, great wine!
Only 750 bottles were produced – each one telling a story of place, patience, and precision.
