Grüner Veltliner with 6 days of maceration, 30% of the juice aged for 13 months in used un-toasted oak. This gives the wine great depth and aroma. Soft ripe fruit of pear, peach and tropical fruit with complexity and structure. A nice spiciness which goes in the direction of vermouth. Rosemary, black tea and subtle notes of honeydew.
An interesting character with beautiful expression and great balance! Gastronomically widely applicable.
