Complex orange in a refined jacket. Dry, fruity and spicy.
Salty with nice freshness on the nose, slightly floral and a hint of caramel.
Minerals and earthiness with lively mouthfeel, structure and tannins. The entire experience is wonderful, very pure with lots of expression. And, very gastronomic.
