A collection of bottles we’re truly proud of - characterful, rare and quietly extraordinary. These wines show the beauty of patience, place and craftsmanship. Perfect for moments that call for big wines, or simply when you want to open something truly special. We usually prefer to keep these wines for ourselves, but we are very happy to share them with you!


1. Weinbau Schiefer – Weisser Schiefer M 2015 (0.75L)

A striking 10-year-old orange wine from Burgenland, made from Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc and a touch of Pinot Gris. Three months skin contact and four years ageing in old oak create layers of dried apricot, kumquat, honey, herbs and gentle spice. Salty minerality, subtle oxidative tones and an exceptionally long finish make this one of the most distinctive and powerful skin-contact wines we’ve tasted. 

2. Domaine Petit Poucet – Gewürztraminer Maceration 2022

A dry, structured orange Gewürztraminer with a deep hue and lifted violet reflections. Intense notes of rose, lychee and a soft smokiness lead to a long, fresh palate with a refined bitterness from whole-cluster maceration. No fining, filtering or sulphites. Bold, aromatic, gastronomic and a very pure and deep expression of the grape.

3. Domaine Petit Bouchon – Agathe 2021

A concentrated, mineral Auxerrois from old vines on granite sand and gravel. Slow pressing and one year in a single 228L barrel give this wine clarity, texture and quiet power. Orchard fruit, vibrant acidity and a firm mineral core unfold in elegant layers. Smooth, balanced and deeply expressive, with only 750 bottles produced. Banger!
