This natural wine is aromatic, refreshing and light, with flavours of juicy apples and a subtle hint of hay flowers. Truly a refreshing treat!

Soil: Humus-rich brown earth
Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, natural malolactic fermentation. Natural acidity and sugar gradation. No fining or other additives. Unfiltered and on the fine lees. No added sulphites.
