This exceptional Eiswein is a rich, full-bodied delight, with refreshing natural acidity that perfectly balances its luscious sweetness. Demeter certification makes it even more special, biodynamic Eiswein is extremely rare and reflects a deep respect for both nature and craftsmanship.

The wine opens with a delicate bouquet of frozen grapes, revealing frosty aromas of ripe yellow apple, subtle citrus zest, and a touch of honey. On the palate, it is silky and concentrated, with an elegant interplay between intense sweetness and lively acidity. This creates a refreshing, never cloying experience.

The long, graceful finish lingers with notes of honey, citrus, and a whisper of nutty complexity, hints of almond or hazelnut that add a gentle depth. A beautifully composed dessert wine with energy, elegance, and a truly unique signature.

Soil: Humus-rich brown earth / clay soil 
Alcohol: 11.0 % vol.

Harvest: Hand-picked, end of November at -9 degrees

Vinification: Frozen grapes carefully pressed with straw. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, no additives or fining. Contains sulphites.

Not available every year due to the complex process, therefore only a small stock.
