Well-balanced fruity Blaufränkisch with a smell of blackberries, wild herbs and a slight nuttiness. On the palate, the wine starts soft, followed by structure with light tannins. An elegant light natural wine with a slight drippy hint. The wine is low alcohol and easy to drink.

Grape variety: Blaufränkisch / 12.5% alcohol
Soil: Humus-rich brown earth
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, natural malolactic fermentation. Natural acidity and sugar gradation. No fining or other additives. Unfiltered on the fine lees. No added sulphites.
